Freddie
Freddie is a television sitcom created by, and starring, Freddie Prinze, Jr. that aired from October 5, 2005 to April 12, 2006. Freddie is inspired by Prinze Jr.'s real life, growing up in a house filled with women. His lifelong friend, Conrad Jackson, co-created this series with Prinze, along with executive producers Bruce Helford and Bruce Rasmussen. Freddie, was co-produced by Hunga Rican, Excitable Boy! and Mohawk Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television. The friendship between Freddie and Chris in the show was loosely based on Conrad Jackson and Freddie's real-life friendship. It was reported by Variety on May 12, 2006, that ABC had decided not to renew the series, which was confirmed on May 15, 2006. The show still airs in reruns on Sí TV in the United States, and on Trouble in the UK. It is also well known for its crossover with the fellow ABC sitcom, George Lopez.

Investment
Investment has different meanings in finance and economics. Finance investment is putting money into something with the expectation of gain, that upon thorough analysis, has a high degree of security for the principal amount, as well as security of return, within an expected period of time. In contrast putting money into something with an expectation of gain without thorough analysis, without security of principal, and without security of return is speculation or gambling. Investment is related to saving or deferring consumption. Investment is involved in many areas of the economy, such as business management and finance whether for households, firms, or governments. To avoid speculation an investment must be either directly backed by the pledge of sufficient collateral or insured by sufficient assets pledged by a third party. A thoroughly analyzed loan of money backed by collateral with greater immediate value than the loan amount may be considered an investment. A financial...
